Head Quarter
The pillars of our continous success are:

  Innovation
  Economic sustainability
  Ecologic conciousness
  Social responsiblity

We take it for granted that these basic principles guide us throughout the whole production process and beyond.

Innovation
We see ourselves as your innovative provider offering the entire product range for dry lining and leightweight construction. To ensure perfect solutions for your needs we keep a permanent innovation process. To learn more about our product innovations please see www.rigips.com.
Economic Sustainability
Without economic sustainability we are not able to take on responsibility as a member of social society. Our economic success enables us to further invest in our locations and this helps the local industry.
World Class Manufacturing (WCM) helps us to reach our ambitious goals, which are:

100% customer satisfaction
100% operational safety
100% facility availability
0% injuries
Ecologic Conciousness
Saint-Gobain introduced EHS: environment, health and safety. This programme guides all of our activities and reminds us to act – not only work – in consistence with these three pillars. Therefore we do reclamation of areas affected by mine-related activities. Another example is the cable car transporting raw material from the mining to the plant (see picture on the right).
Social responsibility
Rigips gets involved with social responsibility day by day. In the Styrian Ausseerland, the home of Rigips´ head office, we are one of the most important employers. We are consious about that fact and work hard to offer an stimulating and satisfying working environment for our employees. We offer flexible working time models to ensure compatibility between work and family. Too, we are proud that we support physically and mentally challenged people within our means. During the production process we stress the importance of on-the-job-safety.
